                    πŸ’¦ 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves

          πŸ’¦ Salt, to taste

                    πŸ’¦ 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste

                    πŸ’¦ 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder

                    πŸ’¦ 1-1/2 Coriander Powder

πŸ’¦ 1 Green Chilli


How to make poha cutlet:

First, take 1 cup of poha in a bowl and give a 1/2 cup of water. Now mix the mixture well. When mixed, add 1 cup of Potato, boiled and grated. One tablespoon of sour yoghurt, 1/4 cup of chopped onion, 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste. 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder,1/5 Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon, Turmeric Powder 1/4 teaspoon, 1 cup of green pepper, 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, and Salt, to taste. Now all the ingredients have to be mixed well. Once mixed, take a little round in your hand and flatten it with the palm of your hand. Now put a pan in the oven and serve with cutlets. No oil is needed. cook both sides low flame until done. When you see brown on both sides, you have to take it down. Then Poha cutlet was made.

    • πŸ’¦ 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
    • πŸ’¦ 1 Green Chilli
    • πŸ’¦ Salt, to taste

How to make potato balls :

First, you have to take a bowl of a big boiled potato, One of the raw peppers should be given. 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of hot spices, 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder, Salt, to taste, 2 tablespoon Rice Flour, and Coriander Leaves. Now all the ingredients have to be mixed well. Once mixed, make a small ball in the palm of your hand. Now put a nonstick pan in the oven and serve with the potato balls. πŸ’¦ 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder

πŸ’¦ Salt, to taste

πŸ’¦ 1 teaspoon Ajwain

πŸ’¦ Water

πŸ’¦ 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

πŸ’¦ 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder

πŸ’¦ 1/4 teaspoon Chilli Powder

πŸ’¦ 1 teaspoon Mango Powder

πŸ’¦ 1 Green Chilli

πŸ’¦ Salt or Sand

How to make samosa :

First, you have to take a bowl and put it there 2 cups Wheat Flour (Atta), Salt, to taste, 1 teaspoon Ajwain. Then mix well. Then add little by little water and mix the mixture well. Need to make yeast. Then cover with a cloth and leave on one side for 30 minutes.


Now you have to take it in another bowl and put it in it 1 cup Potato, boiled and grated, 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder, 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder, 1/4 teaspoon Chilli Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder, 1 teaspoon Mango Powder, 1 Green Chilli, Salt, to taste, 2 table Coriander Leaves, 1/4 cup steamed Green Peas. Now all the ingredients have to be mixed well.


Now you have to take the yeast that I had removed and mix it well. Now you have to make bread. When the bread is made, it should be cut in half and designed like a samosa. And the pur that I made has to be put inside and the mouth has to be closed.


Then put a pan in the oven and put sand or salt in it. Then take a free hit for 10 minutes. Then in the pan place a cooker rack or a plate. Then put the samosas on it and cover and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Then the samosa without oil was made.
